Registration & Tuition Subsidy


Registration for the winter quarter will begin Thursday, November 12.

Don't forget to check the "Cost to Teachers" section.

If you are SELF-FUNDED (paying for the course yourself) or are being funded through another approved program (and the SESAME Office has been made aware of it), then skip to STEP 2

STEP 1 - APPLY FOR THE CMSI TUITION SUBSIDY

NOTE: If you intend on registering for the CMSI Tuition Subsidy, please be aware that the SESAME Office cannot register you for a Content-Course or the Methods course until our office is first notified by the Office of Math & Science that you have been approved for the subsidy. After the SESAME Office has been informed, then we can officially register you for your course.




STEP 2 - APPLY WITH THE SESAME PROGRAM

  1. Complete all sections of the SESAME Winter Registration form. Click here to download the form.


  2. Confirm whether you are applying for the CMSI TUITION SUBSIDY, will be SELF-FUNDED, or OTHER. If you choose OTHER, please explain.


  3. Indicate your class choice(s)


  4. Fax your registration form to the University of Chicago, Mathematics Department office (ATTN: SESAME) to (773) 702-9787 or mail your form to:
