University of Chicago Algebraic Topology Seminar

The Algebraic Topology Seminar is held in Eckhart Hall room 203 on Tuesdays at 4:30pm, after tea. Topologists come from all over the world to speak in the seminar on their current research. All are welcome to attend.

An Algebraic Topology Proseminar in Eckhart 203 often precedes the Algebraic Topology Seminar at 3:00, before tea. The proseminar is more informal than the seminar and is indended to prepare students and non-topologists for seminar talks or for discussion of other topics in current topological research. The proseminar is primarily intended for members of the department, but all are welcome to attend.
