Course Information

Math 25800 is the second course in a three-course sequence of Honors Abstract Algebra.
The pre-requisite is Math 25700, the first quarter in the sequence.
Here is a rough syllabus.

The first midterm took place on Wednesday, January 28.
The mean was 53, and the median was 48.

The second midterm took place on Friday, February 27.
The mean was 48, and the median was 45.

The final exam took place on Monday, March 16, and it is now being graded.

There was no homework during Fourth Week because of the midterm.

Vipul Naik is the College Fellow for the course.
He will hold a review session on Wednesday evenings from 7-8 in Eckhart 203.
He will also have office hours on Tuesdays from 4:30-7 and on Thursdays from 6-8 in his office, Eckhart 3.
